Hamilton Waterfront Winter Attractions

1. Are Reservations Required?

No reservations are required on any of our scheduled cruises. We operate on a first come, first serve basis.


2. Do I need a ticket to board?

Yes, once you purchase a ticket at the Hamilton Waterfront Tours Ticket Office, you will receive a boarding pass that will be stamped with the date and the time of your cruise. Please give this to the captain upon boarding.


3. How long is the cruise?

Each cruise is 60 minutes in length and is fully narrated by our captain.


4. What will I see on my cruise?

Your cruise includes an opportunity to view the western portion of the Hamilton Harbour - a lush haven alive with nature, marinas and on-site attractions including the HMCS Haida.


5. What happens if it rains?

Unfortunately we cannot operate the tours during rain, high winds or thunder and lightning.

If the weather looks unsettled please contact our office to confirm that the tours are operating on schedule.


6. Is the Hamiltonian wheelchair accessible?

No, the Hamiltonian is not wheelchair accessible. If you use a walker and would like to go on the Hamiltonian please note that you must be able to walk up and down one step.
